Seriously, fantastic work. Successfully adding a set w/ better form all around is quite an accomplishment in that time frame. I feel you on the 5x5…the mind games involved with it are staggering for me, and it seems the same way for you. Each time you get through a 5x5 is like some sort of victory lol.

Dealt with some pretty bad groin pain along with about half of my upper legs. Made the decision at the start to fight through and I was able to make it. Need to make sure that I am on top of my stuff moving forward though because I can’t do many more days like this

Didn’t expect the tuesday squat session to hit me as hard as it did, combined with my rapid weight loss from dropping the junk from my diet I had to focus on making it through today. Need to make a few adjustments but I’m still on track to do what I need to. Learning every day
