Just stop already. You need to consider the crowd with whom you are conversing. The people on this site have a different impression of big than the general public.
For example, I was walking to work one morning and all of a sudden, a couple of big bodyguards come out of a doorway and stop me. Kobe Bryant, 6’6", 205 comes jogging out and into an SUV right in front of me. My first reaction was, “Damn, he is much smaller than he looks on tv.” I would not characterize him as big in any way. Tall, yes. Big, no.
By comparison, I had a fraternity brother who ended up playing in the NFL for about 10 years. He was 6’5" and 360 in college. He was the strongest guy on the team, which was a major D1 program. He was BIG. He is the standard I think of when people tell me “so-and-so is big”.
