For the fun of it i joined the email letter from Lee Hayward some weeks ago.
This is just a great laugh.
He was a short teenager with an image problem so he choosed to do whatever to build muscles. In a recent email he looks like a potatoe doing a farmer walk.
I get that adding some muscle mass can help with the self image aspect.
But i was a tall tiny teenager and i cannot be impressed by any short guy who weight more than me due to muscles or fat. I guess we still have some animal instinct and when we look down we are less stressed than when we look up at an other creature.
Keep on training but know that you probably make taller beings laugh wnen you do pretend to be impressive.

Damn, you dont get to see him much. Mine is 3 and is living with me at the moment. Having a toddler in the house after 15 years is hard.

I hope to retire around Austin. looking at the Marble Falls area. my son, daughter in law, and grandson are the only family that matters to me so it is rough being so far away.
a toddler after 15 yrs is definitely an adjustment.
