My question to you is why do those three things have to be mutually exclusive? Why can’t it be selling you ALL of those things at once?
I had PRK done about 2 years ago now. It was well worth it, I couldn’t handle contacts and hated glasses. I never needed glasses until about age 23 so it was MAJOR bullshit when I all of a sudden couldn’t see shit. PRK is better long term IMO because if my eyes ever fuck up again I can get them treated again. LASIK I beleive is a one shot deal, at least thats what my doc told me.

It says -6.25 on my contacts case.
So yeah, I need contacts/glasses.
Oh I used to have Acuvue, but now I’m Air Optix all the way!

^ Yup. I was there too. My motivation to ditch the contacts was having my first kid. Figured at 3am, the last thing I’d want to do is fumble around with contacts to the piercing sounds of a crying baby. Without a doubt, the best $ I’ve ever spent. Going on 7 years without any problems. Lasik also makes your squat go up and prevents cancer.
I had PRK done in 2007 for free (haha, fah-q Army!!). The recovery was horrible, but it was worth it in the end.
OP, have the corrective surgery done as soon as you can.
No clue. The japanese are weird.

I got in over 20 years ago with vision that bad. I think they’re just telling you that so you won’t feel bad. Maybe they changed their standards. In my day, cannon fodder didn’t need kick ass vision.
Wear both… hate wearing the contacts when they get dry, some days are better than others. My glasses I love wearing them, I think they look hot! but not funcitional all the time especially training. Plannin on getting lasik but will still continue to wear glasses with certain outfits…
haha who invited the princess? ![]()
myopia in both eyes and astigma in one of them aswell. i need my glasses because i resemble harry potter.
cant focus on anything more than arms length away which is useful as a martial artist as i fight with my glasses off, if i can focus on the guys face i can hit him. if i cant he’s out of reach
i have glasses. bought them cheap for like $26. i need them to read these damn letters on the pc screen. other than that i don’t need them at all.
I really need glasses for reading, but don’t have them yet because I’m having a difficult time finding a frame design that goes well with my beautiful long blond hair.
LOL
