Who Eats During Training?

God. I can’t believe people still do that, thats so outdated. Nasally inhalling Surge is slowly going the way of the buffalo. I used to do it. Now I just chalk the bar with some Surge powder, knock out a set of dead lifts and then lick it off the bar.

I have puked a couple times, mainly when i do legs. Can’t say it has ever gotten that bad with any other work out. You aren’t the only one

I hate when it happens in my gym because the men’s room is downstairs and on the other side of the friggin gym! Plus the garbage cans upstairs and all over have those shitty little dome lids that make for a small vomit target so you have to get real close.
