Who Actually Loves Doing the V-Diet?

When I told my wife what I was starting her exact words were: “Your dream come through diet”

She is right, if eating could be a simple as a few pills a day to do everything I would be the first in line to give it a shot.

I really don’t mind not eating, even my favorite foods.

In the world of bodybuilding bulking is the most difficult of all tasks for me as it totally goes against my nature. But next fall I am getting into a bulk and I will use this great concept that is the V-Diet to bulk up. I did a bulk this winter for 5 weeks, put on 14 pounds but I was just sick of eating so I stopped (oh and I did not have money for new cloths, hehe) and decided to do what comes naturally (not eating much and getting ripped, kinda easy as an ectomorph). But the concept of the V-Diet makes me see how it can be used both ways… at least I will give it a try.

Oh I do eat celery liberally since it pretty much is a zero calorie food, maximum of 10 a day (10 grams of carbs) so far I have not eaten more than 5 in a day.

Anyone else find it easy?

How often do you do it to say you love it?

How in the hell do plan to use the V-Diet to bulk?? Seriously.

The V-Diet is an extreme diet, but in some respects I would agree it is easy.

You must be one huge muther.

No I can’t say the V-Diet was fun nor easy. I almost snapped and had mini mental breakdown. It was insane.

This sounds like a GREAT idea…bulking…on the V-Diet. I am SO glad so many hardworking weight lifters are attracted to this program.

I see nothing but good things in the future.

Hahahahahaha

Are you filthy rich? How many shakes a day do you need to get a caloric plus???

Did he really say he wants to bulk on shakes only?

it would be a lot easier with Metabolic Drive Complete instead of low carb

I am not going to bulk on shakes only, just use at as a base.

So, just so we’re all clear…

You are going to make the shakes the bulk of your meals (4-5) and then add one or two whole food meals? Thus avoiding all common sense, not to mention empirical evidence based on those far more successful than you?

Sounds like a solid, well-thought-out plan!

Hello,

I thought the V-Diet was for cutting, not for bulking??? The AD Diet is better for bulking. Did I miss something here/???

Oooh, I see. In that case, I suggest ab crunches as base for your workout.

That and tricep kickbacks and he’ll be spent. Not sure he’ll have time for much else.

HAHAHA!!!

That’s fucking phenomenal!!

I could never imagine doing that diet…I enjoy chewing my food…if I want to cut I just lower my calories…simple yet effective, and a lot more nutricious

Why are you on the V-Diet in the first place if you find it easy to get ripped and don’t seem to eat much so you don’t have much fat to lose[/quote]

There is a difference between ripped and 10-11% body fat.

Being ripped requires some work, I do not have THAT fast a metabolism, but fast enough and a low appetite (average is 2000-2200) keeps me in the 10-11 range.

And heck, I like the simplicity of this diet… as my wife said ‘‘Your dream come true’’.

I will do a bulk starting october, keep myself lean for those hot summer months ahead, hehe.

It is time to test the deletion authority.

You are the LAST PERSON ON EARTH who needs to be following a diet like this. I am sure why you have even been allowed to make it this far in this thread without being ripped to shreds about this issue, and that reason is because of fear of those posts being deleted.

You are the literal posterboy of people who need to be informed how wrong you are for even considering it…regardless of what your wife says.

Bulking on shakes alone? Are you retarded?

While being ripped requires some work, getting BIG requires three times as much work.

BAAAH this is fucking ridiculous.

Can you not read?

The OP says above that he does not intend to bulk on shakes alone.

It is fucking ridiculous how everyone is jumping all over this guy.
