Bulking on shakes alone? Are you retarded?

While being ripped requires some work, getting BIG requires three times as much work.

BAAAH this is fucking ridiculous.

Can you not read?

The OP says above that he does not intend to bulk on shakes alone.

It is fucking ridiculous how everyone is jumping all over this guy.
I missed that post, still it doesn’t change the fact that it’s a sub-optimal idea. I think his attitude of “…I was just sick of eating so I stopped…” after a 5 week bulk shows us how far he will go.

Either way, it’s a shame to see how many people are so far off the mark around here.

My head exploded.

I like to chew.

No, it isn’t. A newbie making protein shakes the bulk of their food intake (which is exactly what he is implying even if he does add SOME solid food in there sometimes) is not a wise decision. I am not sure why you think it is. Please explain.

My idea of using shakes are as follows:

A.) No time to cook breafast, Throw together a quick shake with some oatmeal

B.) Create 1-2 super shakes for CALORIE DENSE, quick meal replacements when looking to add extra calories and macros but food isn’t essentially readily available.

C.) Post Workout Recovery. I’m pretty sure this is a given since liquid nutrition is much easier and faster to digest.

Personally, right now I am following C since I am cutting and don’t need any super shakes during the day. EVERY ONCE IN AWHILE will I do A when I’m in a rush. But when I do bulk again I plan on making a super shake for breakfast since it’s easier than cooking a shit load of food and a good way to get in 700 calories in one quick shot.

Why are you on the V-Diet in the first place if you find it easy to get ripped and don’t seem to eat much so you don’t have much fat to lose
My head is spinning.

Masticating is good for you.

Go read USCTrojan’s clinic, he was putting away some massive food for a little guy, and a lot of it was liquid. Like most tiny guys, he simply had trouble eating enough.

In OP’s defense, adding several protein shakes to an already sound diet plan is a fine idea. In fact, I’ve invented a name for it. It’s called BODYBUILDING.

I liked doing the V-Diet =]

Only 3 more days and I’m done with my second go-around.
