Subscribing because I was wondering they same thing.

I was thinking go heavy since its an ME lift and make up the volume on your supplemental lift… but I can also see the other side of it.

I’ve had a stomache bug all weekend. I’ve been pissin’ out my butt and my appetite hasn’t been all that great.So of course I lost a lil’ weight.Anyway, I did ME upper tonight and felt a lil’ weak.
Bench 135x10,185x6,225x5,245x3,255x2x3 did 255 for 2 sets of 3 instead goin’ to 265. Db inc 90’sx3x6, felt like I had 8’s all the way. T-bar row’sxrd flye’s 3x10,10,10, bb curls 95x2x6,6 65x12.
Aside from the fact that I felt pretty shitty, it was a good workout. I think I’m gonna switch ME movements next Monday, probably inclines. Ya’ll be good.

Don’t let extra volume get in the way of getting a good set. Just do enough so that you don’t feel limited on your last set.

something like 225X3, 255X1/2, then your work set at 275.

With my work schedule, I’m gonna have to switch to a full body routine. I enjoy the ws4sb program, but I don’t have the time. I’m not quite sure what I’ll do, but I’ll post when I figure it out.
