Warmed up with jumpers again. That’s gonna be my thang. Haven’t done traditional squats in awhile, since well before the virus. They were awkward. The strength’s there to go way heavier, but on the 3rd rep of 295 my body basiclly launched itself forward. Gonna start doing “balance” focused core stuff on upper days and weighted stuff on lowers. My core is definitely my weak link. Also, the term “core” is gay. Started working at 24 hr fitness as a personal trainer/group instructor. Had to be there at 5:30 this morning for a cardio boot camp that consisted of push-ups, calisthenics, weight work with a 20-ish pound barbell and all kinds of cardio stuff. Maybe it’s 'cause I was still half asleep, but it was actually pretty tough. Not too excited about dancing around shouting at a group of randoms, but the money’s good so gotta get in where I fit in. Ya’ll be easy.
Got a new phone that takes vids, and since you no good sonsabitches won’t help me load 'em, my girl’s gonna do it. Gonna do some sprint and jump shit on Saturday, so gonna take a vid of jumping on the roof my car, and possibly other higher cars.

Got a confession to make: I’ve yet to do any of the jump/sprinting shit I keep saying I’ll do on Saturdays. No excuses, just being lazy. I will post a vid of me jumping on my car, and hopefully my girls SUV if I can do it, this week.

Shot around with a 6yr old for about 40 min to get loose. Kid was actually shooting the ball with form, and making a fair amount of 'em. Did two sets at 245 tonight for no other reason than I felt like it. Dropped the inc from last week and upped the weight. Those 9-5’s are HEAVY. Gotta be up at 5am to “instruct” a “bootcamp” class manana, then be at school by 8am and stay 'til noon. Gonna come home, grub, nap then jump on cars and figure out how to post vids. Ya’ll be easy.
Played ball for about 2 hrs tonight. In between games I walked out to my car and had a buddy record me jumping on the roof on my camera phone. The angle’s not great, but ya’ll will get the idea. Got the phone plugged into the comp as I type and the comp just says it’s downloading software. Hopefully it works by manana.
Either way, I’m gonna take a vid with a better angle of the car, and once I figure this thing out I’ll try and take jumping vids any time I think it would look cool. Obvioulsy the hops aren’t where they were at their peak, but I’m becoming more and more optimistic that I’ll get 'em back and even increase 'em.

Ate like shit today and it showed in my energy levels. Just plain ran out of gas after the chins. Tried a set of db military with the 70’s and had trouble even getting them in place! Well, played ball for about 2 1/2 hrs yesterday but didn’t think to take any vids until after we were finished. 2 1/2 hrs in the Texas sun saps your energy pretty good, so by the time I got around to it all my dunks were rub-ins, and I’m not gonna post that trash. There will be some dunk vids this week, even though right now all I’m catching is simple 2-handers and bounce reverses. Gotta work my way back up I guess.
