I know white tea is ridiculously full of anti-oxidants and all that wonderful stuff. However, would it benefit me as a post or pre work out drink? Does it have any benefits that concern conditioning? I even heard white tea reduces the amount of HGH the body produces, which I find absurd. Are there any truths to these rumors?
if you want to drink it fine, but you might as well drink water for a pre/post shake.
There’s been some indication that MAYBE excessive anti-oxidant intake can actually harm muscle adaptations from training. So maybe not as a workout drink.
Realistically, it probably doesn’t matter, drink what you want.
