Which Routine To Do?

yep I’m about to embark on my first super supp cycle :O! and just wondering what would be a more advanced routine for someone with better recovering abilities to make the best outa my situation…I was thinking of doing something like Lee Haneys routine. It goes like this

day 1:
chest/arms
roughly 12-15 sets for chest pyramiding weights,only about 2 sets actually takin up to failure with forced reps from spotter…8-10 sets of bi/tri
day2: thigh/hams
roughly 12-15 sets same principle pyramiding weights…

day3:back
same deal 12-15 sets

day4: off

day5:repeat

I’m not sure if this would be the most productive routine but it doesn’t look to bad…it would be cool for some advice though
