Say a friend of mine wants to build strength+muscle
He weights 140 pounds at a height 6’1. For strength building and gaining mass what would be the best choice in protein supplements for his body type and results he wants?
Hes also into martial arts and would like performance in stamina and vitality.
The best supplement for strength & muscle is iron (i.e. on a barbell)
That, and food.
Eat so that you gain ~1 lb per week. If you gain more than that, eat a little less, if you gain less than a pound a week, eat a little more.

I would supplement with Surge Post-Workout and Metabolic Drive or Metabolic Drive Complete before bed.
But, those won’t do a damn thing if JM’s advice isn’t followed
