Which Program to Choose

Coach,

I’m finishing up the Indigo Project Performance program. I have seen great results in fat loss and some strength gain. I am looking for another program to do to work on getting even leaner while maintaining or gaining muscle/strength. I have been thinking about doing Built for Bad Circuits, iBodybuilder, 6 Weeks to Superhero, or possibly another program on this website.

Do you have any suggestions?

I’m not CT, but 6 weeks to super hero is awesome to lean you out…I could see built for bad being a great choice too assuming proper diet and proper peri… I’ve personally always had best results keeping my peri high level 3 Plazma v.s. 2 when leaning out

What did you decide on in the end and what were the results?
