Which Podcast Mentioned Current Method of Training?

I was listening to a somewhat recent podcast where Christian was detailing the current training program he was using.

It was only three exercises (bench, squat, row or dead) and then I believe some isolation work at the end.

I cannot locate the podcast. Does anyone know what I’m referring to or an article/post that details this program?

That must have been a fairly old podcast since that’s not what I’m doing now.

I’m trying to locate it to no avail. The show and host had an urban type feel to it. He didn’t seem like he was specifically a strength coach, but rather more all-around fitness.

I know it’s not much to go on.

Is there any program of yours on tnation that resembles what I’m talking about? I searched around, in addition to going through every podcast I could locate you on and trying to find a match.

To the best of my recollection:

The same three lifts, performed in single station setups, three x per week. Then, some rotating accessory movements performed to failure. Omni-contraction system was not discussed.

Was it this one - 8:40 mark he talks about it being similiar to 5-3-1 training
