What is your thoughts on rotating between the double progression method using a powerbuilding 4 day split core lifts squat, bench press, deadlift, press for 5x3-5 reps for 4-6 weeks then using the rep max method for 3 weeks ramping to a 3rm, 2rm, 1rm? So basically rotating between accumulation/intensification phases.
That is model I often use with clients. It works really well.
