If you want to be tough train wrestling, if you want a new lifestyle train Brazilian jiu jitsu if you want to fight train mma, if you like striking train kickboxing/ muay thai.
Whatever you do do not train taekwondo aikido or wing chung they are totally uneffective shit " arts" for people that watch too many movies and want to believe they can fight without putting in the hard work.
personally id reccommend starting bjj, or at least trying it to see if it clicks.
Over the years the people that i introduced to bjj and that stuck around still regularly thank me for it.
