First i want to be very clear by saying i do not want to insult anyone nor do i want to make this sound like a competition buy asking the following question, who has the best weight loss program out there and which is, would it be Chad Waterbury or Christian Thibaudeau, i struggling with my weight loss goal and need advice, all would be appreciated…
I’ve run weight loss/fat loss programs from both coaches, and have had success with both. I didn’t prefer one over the other, they both worked for me.
If you are struggling with weight loss, look at your diet. What do you eat on a day to day basis? Your diet is going to be the critical factor in losing weight/fat.
As for programs, I ran CT’s Destroying Fat and CW’s 10x3 For Fat Loss. I thought Destroying Fat was definitely tougher, but 10x3 would be good for you if you haven’t been lifting for very long, it’s pretty straightforward, and only involves 2 weightlifting days/week and 2 cardio days/week, so this program would be easier to ease yourself into if you haven’t lifted weights for a while.

To expand, the best one is also the one you stick to. Don’t give up after a week, a month, give it some time, nothing beats eating right and lifting heavy shit.
You can lose the weight, keep at what ever system you try, you must be disciplined, if you fall off get back on.
