Which Chad Waterbury program would you guys use if you were going to be using the Velocity Diet?
I was thinking of his Hybrid Hypertrophy program, but I don’t know if this will be too demanding for such a strict diet.
What do you guys think?

If you’re new to training, go for the Next Big 3 program. If you’ve been training for a spell, go for Triple Total Training.
I love this website…
I finished the Velocity Diet using Triple Total Training and it worked out nicely. It’s a nice variation of intensities / lifts that works you good but doesn’t fry you while on the reduced calorie restrictions of VD.

Same here. Volume wasn’t too bad, and it seemed to keep the muscle on.
