Which Cardio Method is Better?

For losing weight, which cardio style is better… interval sprints (moderate pace for 60 seconds, full sprint for 30 seconds, back down to moderate pace), or long cardio sessions (30+ minutes).

Also, can anyone post a link for HIIT on here. I appreciate all advice. Thanks.

Intervals are much better. Long steady pace aerobic sessions will be best if your goal is to do long steady pace aerobic sessions. Link for HIIT. Here is a great one. http://www.google.com
