Which Bodybuilder Has the Best....

Here’s another sick pic… Triceps is all I can say.

Curious, how big an arm is that? 22"?[/quote]

I’ve read 23 somewhere… Well, he does have gigantic triceps (though his long head actually isn’t that stellar, it’s all in the lateral head in his case) and very thick bis…

Kinda hard to say, I don’t even know how tall he is.

If he’s above average height, then 23 might indeed be possible.

There is a guy over at IntenseMuscle (ex-powerlifter) with tris as gigantic as levrones… And if I remember correctly, his arm-size was 21 or so before he started DC and is now 22 (or 23 even? My memory…).

So yeah, 22-23 I’d guess…

Keep in mind that levrone dieted/trained up to a show, i.e. went from small to big every year. I don’t even know whether that pic is of him in top-shape or if he was still on his way there (there’s a scary thought).

Maybe not the best ever, but I was recently reminded of the anatomy diagrams that were Bill Grant’s arms.

And here’s an old thread about how he looks more recently.

For chest, I’d go say Serge Nubret. It always looked super-full and broad, taking up a ton of space on his torso.

Ah yes, I completely forgot about him (sorry Bill Grant

It does look as if he had more muscle-heads than normal people in his upper arms

Never really had any thickness though…

But 3 cheers to him for staying in shape, quite inspiring (makes you wonder where you’ll be at his age, all barring a nuclear war of course).

Levrone claims 24 inch arms. I have an interview I’ll post about his training and early years, just need to dig it up.

Shit I cant find it, it was on the est nutritiona website a while back and now is gone. The BB.com interview is alright, hbut not as detailed at this one. I think muscle and fitness did it, can’t remember.

This+Yates style calves is pretty untouchable as a package. Maybe Dillet could have done it if he had his mind right.

He claims he’s 6’ tall, I don’t know how true that is. Again these are only words coming from his mouth. If you find the video of him doing 100lb dumbbell curls on youtube, he says his biceps are 24 inches. Whether they are 24 or not his arms are tremendous.

dex looks pretty stacked in this photo

I think thats AHMAD AHMAD (yes really his name).

He won the overall at the LA bb and figure that I did in my avatar.

I think he did the Europa as well…new pro.

Sick midsection, tiny joints and full muscle bellies…came in conditioned as well.

I was impressed and I don’t get that impressed often at the amateur level (mainly because they are my competition :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye: lol)

DG

Even though I think the dudes overall package is pretty disproportionate. I have to give Paco Batista the leg award, I really think he beats Platz IMO
