I’ve spent a lot of time around beach volleyball girls in SoCal, and I don’t think they’re anything special for the most part. There are some that are smoking hot, but most of them have man-like bodies with narrow hips. This is especially true of the top-level players. At least they’re in shape, so points for that.
Disclaimer: This doesn’t apply to the Brazilians. They have the most genetically perfect posteriors on the planet.
lol yea anyone who constantly lifts heavy weights is prooooobaly gonna have an easy time transitioning to sport that is about umm lifting heavy weights.

Wow, good call!
As far as the question is concerned, it’s just another personal preference question. I’m going to have to say on average it’d be professional linebackers or running backs.
MMA fighters. Sean Sherk is in great shape, and he weighs in at only 155 lbs. just think what added weight would do to his build if he could keep the same bodyfat

It is Matt K, although I’m not sure about the 30lb 1 day cut thing. [/quote]
He’s talking about the article he read where Kroc said he’d just put himself in situations to sweat as much as possible to make weight for the meet, losing around 30lb of weight
