I use Grow for post workout and as a meal replacement, but I love to snack on simply whey shakes as well. What do you guys think of the chocolate Whey Matrix from ISS research? does it taste good? let me know… thanks

It’s a pretty good whey protein, i believe it’s partially microfiltered which happens to be one of the best whey’s (ha whey’s get it)to extract whey protein from milk. Banana cream is sooooo god damn good too.
I use that in my post workout shake it it tastes pretty good, but doesn’t mix well with a spoon, not like many do.
