Whey Low

There is a sweetener out there called Whey Low, apparently it has a very low glycemic index, and a very low insulin index. It’s apparently ok for diabetics and lactose intolerant, even though they say it has a milk derived sugar in it. So, has anyone heard of this? What do you y’all think of it? If anyone can explain how this ‘sugar’ is so low on the glycemic scale, that would be awesome. The ingredients are fructose and lactose monohydrate, and some versions contain sucrose as well. Thanks.
