You can get Lambrada Hydrosolates/peptides at the mega supplement store on Victoria St Chatswood (advertised in Flex etc) at about $70 for 1-2kgs. For price, I recommend 5kg of the new Body Ripped blend at about $120 (Whey Concentrate, Caesin and Semi Hydrolysed). Maltodextrin and Dextrose mixes are in the brewers section of alot of supermarkets and this seems to work well with the Body Ripped.
