Where to Find the 5/3/1 Routine?

Do you have to buy the books, if so which one? If not what is a good resource?

Im a beginner, been lifting for 5 years

Start here: 5/3/1: How to Build Pure Strength

If this aligns well with your outlook then 531 2nd edition is a good start.

Beyond 531 will give you new tools to use in your training and refine whatā€™s in the original.

Forever 531 will then lay it all out for you in a way that you only need to know your goals and how to pick the program which suits them.
