Doesn’t anyone knew a website where i can find a diagram of a human arm that goes into depths on where the heads of the biceps and tricep are?
Guys, do a search at amazon.com for “The Anatomy Coloring Book” by Wynn Kapit. It’s designed for med students and gives detailed (and I mean DETAILED) diagrams of the entire human anatomy, and should run you about $15.99 American. I’ve always thought this book should be an essential for physique competitors, as it shows EVERY structure in the body. Chris, perhaps you guys could look at this in the next “Stuff We Like”? It’s a little academic and dry, but I’ve found it quite useful. Just stay inside the lines.
I have a Netter’s Atlas which is quite helpful. I don’t know of any resources on the net though.
