I just finished my first bikini comp 3 months ago, and most of the feedback was that I needed to continue to build more muscle overall. I’ve been putting work in on my glutes and shoulders and hamstrings. I’m naturally quad dominant so I have been neglecting specific work on the quads.
With the bikini look in mind, where should I start/stop/continue to focus building most?
