who ever is editing the videos for I,BB, have fun. That shit gets tiring and can piss you off at times.

Tim Patterson is actually doing that himself… the man never sleeps.

Really? That’s pretty cool.

I do some video editing, I know how daunting editing that many hours of footage can be.

Agreed. I witnessed something like half an editing session. Each workout is filmed with 3 cameras and lasts around 45 minutes on average. [/quote]

3 cameras? F- that. I’ve done several exercise videos using a single camera. Just when you think you have the final edit done, you realize a small mistake. I seriously was about to break my computer monitor once.

Do you know how long the edited versions of each workout will be? 24 workouts could end up being over 4 hours of footage if you get them down to 10 minutes each.

Damn, this is a big project.

To get back to the original question. I, BODYBUILDER is almost done. Keep in mind that this first program using the system is 5 phases long for a total of 24 different workouts.

We had to film all of those. And since they were actual workouts, with me coaching and Sebastien/Kevin training we couldn’t film 10 of them per day!!!

We have 2 days of shooting left…

Then there is the editing job to do, but things are moving fast.

Approximate Release Date?! I need to know when to end my current program to start the I, BODYBUILDER one…

Before Halloween possibly? Sooner?

It will be before Halloween. I’m giving a seminar october 25th and it will be long released by then.

Hey CT, Where can I get more info on your oct. 25 seminar?

One guys asks: Dear internet gurus how should i recover from an apparently serious injury?

Bunch of guys (couple girls) respond with disparate answers.

Then everyone gets mad, and argues about medical titles. Followed by untrained fools giving potential recovery techniques. (btw I don’t think we even know what Crew did to land in the hospital, pretty hard to say “do bodyweight for 4 weeks…”)

Then:

“Hey CT, Where can i get more info on your oct. 25 seminar?”

Logically this should follow: “CT can you sign my Tshirt that i just bought?”

This is why these forums always descend into uselessness.

Had a girlfriend that did this for a living. Painful, just painful. You’re talking hours and hours of work for minutes of actual footage

I am not a DR. but I can write scripts. I am licensed by the state of Texas as an Advanced Practice Nurse. The only thing I cannot write for is Narcs. With my combined medical knowledge and years lifting my advice for the original question would be NO LIFTING period until your body is healed. Once it is healed you can do whatever program you want. You will be out of shape and will need to work back into whatever program that is. Just remember also that any repair cannot be like the original. Scar tissue is not the same it will always be weaker tissue, period.

I think the OP is off doing a max deadlift somewhere. And his stitches ripped out and he’s lying on the floor wishing there were a doctor OR dentist there to help him

Well, this thread has pretty much outlived whatever usefulness it may have had.
