When should you test your e2 levels when doing once weekly injections.

I tested after 6 weeks, and plan to test again, but you should check for more responses.

Let me rephrase the question a little. If you believe you have a problem and want the numbers to show your Doc, which day 1-7 after the shot would yield the highest levels or most correct.

Your E2 will probably be the highest the day after you inject.
