Sup brahs.
Just finished my first cycle of test-e 12 weeks at 500mg. Good stuff, gained plenty of sized which I wasn’t even really interested in and got almost all the strength gains I wanted. Anyways, I start my PCT protocol next week and ill be doing it for 6 weeks.
At what point do you think I will be safe to start cutting? If I made one mistake on this cycle it would have to be that I came in at way to high of a bodyfat percentage (like16ish, Im 17 now). Next time around I wanna be pretty damn lean leading up to it. Not interested in doing a cutting cycle, for my first few cycles I just wanna focus on eating like a bear and lifting as heavy as possible.
I think its better to cut on cycle to prevent muscle loss. you can always eat like a bear and lift heavy and get bigger and stronger with lots of food. Granted AAS helps to bulk. but to me its more important to keep the muscle I worked hard to get.

My strength gains on AAS were nothing short of phenomenal tho. Went from a 455 single on deads to a 585 double today for example.
From what I’ve seen after making the OP it looks like Ill be safe to drop my calories about 2 weeks after my PCT.
Christ you gained 100+ pounds on your DL from just Test @ 500 mg for 12 weeks?

Lol you would not believe how out of my mind I was when I hit 6 weeks and picked up 455 9 times. My brother was standing there in pure shock.
Anyone got any pointers here?!?!
Pointers? You sound like you’re doing pretty good on your own lol
Enjoy it while it lasts bro. The main raison i’ve quit AAS is unavoidable loss of strength in the months after your cycle. It don’t like the idea of going to the gym to get weaker. The only way to keep all the strength gains is doing another cycle (and some more).

Hmmm.
While Ill report back. I know I am going to lose strength for sure but I would like to keep most. My brother did one cycle over a year ago and has gotten even stronger since it.
FYI I am trying to be a competing powerlifter so GH/Slin in my future. This was just my first cycle, I know I am going to do many more.
