When?? T2

Should T2 be taken at the start of a cutting phase or should you wait until the time that the low calorie diet begans to slow your metabolism?

Would it be more effective in one case over the other?

I don’t know the correct answer but I would probably start taking it about 1 or 2 weeks into your diet, not so far into your diet that you are expieriencing a plateau in weight loss but adding in T2 just when you body starts to adjust to its new level of calories. As for myself I am taking T2 to keep any added fat off while I am on a high calorie diet. Working well gaining muscle with minimal fat gain.
