Yeah that was good music… back when I was 12, lol.
ALL FOR THE NOOKIE! or some shit.
Amon Amarth and Kalmah are really good metal bands to listen to. Both have good melody (hence, melodic death metal). New Slayer album is a bit more melodic, so that is good. ACDC is always good. Machine Head, good. HammerFall, Helloween, also good. In Flames, of course.[/quote]
hahahaha. shit doesn’t have to be recent to pump me up

Haha Agreed…And All For the Nookie would be a good song for lifting because no matter what the main goal if your a guy or some girls we are in part doing it all for the nookie.
There’s a common theme to this thread - disturbed
I switch up my workout playlist on my iPod every month, but I can tell you for sure, it’ll have 2 songs from disturbed on there…
I like some 5 finger death punch as well…
I sure hope those of you saying Metallica it’s either their early/middle stuff, as the late stuff is just for sellouts, based on the crap they pulled with Napster… Talk about a chump band since then… They might as well tour some $hit, dead-end bars with Skid Row and Twisted Sister… LOL…

Five finger death punch

I have a bunch of favorites, but at the top of the list would have to be a tossup between Scandinavian gag/bukaki porn or Asian school children being beaten by a paraplegic.
All Shall Perish
Meshhugah
