“Mitochondrial support” “energy powerhouse” et cetera are big buzzwords right now.
I’m not convinced it will give you the bang for the buck you’re looking for at $110 for 30 days. I doubt you’ll feel anything at all in the gym and for general health benefits I also doubt it’s any better than old fashioned CoQ10 or Ubiquinol for direct mitochondrial support.
For $110 buy some fish oil (or even better make it krill oil. More easily digested and contains astaxanthin, another powerhouse) CoQ10 and a greens powder to supplement your diet with additional anti-inflammatory/anti-oxidant support and reap a number of other health benefits in addition.
