I assume numbers may be slightly off based on brands of some of the items but, any idea what the monthly cost is?

awesome! I actually take all the above, except baby aspirin. In addition I also take Pterostilbene (kind of a ‘better version’ of resveratrol, ALCAR, and r-ALA.

May I ask why you do not take baby aspirin?
Do you notice the effects of such supplementation? Do you notice any changes when you stop taking such for any length of time?

no reason for the baby aspirin, just haven’t gone out and bought it yet, lol.
I take these supps because they are heavily researched and supposed to be damn good for your health. I only notice effects from: ALCAR (feel like I have improved spatial memory when driving around), resveratrol (more vascular), PQQ (better sleep, and studies actually show this! not sure if placebo, but my sleep has been better the past few days), and superfood (tend to have less brain fog).
I notice better body comp with Indigo, of course.
Don’t notice anything from creatine (I’m sure I’ve been ‘topped off’ on this for years), r-ALA, pterostilbene, or CoQ10).
Mind blown and eyes opened. Read TC’s and I am definitely taking action and changing things.
Question about PQQ, where are you guys getting it or what brand? Maybe PM me?
Thanks for any help.

Thanks for your help, I appreciate the guidance.
Lets bump this thread.
Anyone have any new information regarding their mitochondria? Any new ideas, products, research?
I know most of you are familiar with Dave Asprey and the Bulletproof lifestyle. Although I do not use his products (incredibly expensive) I know that some people swear by them. He recently came out with his own blend of a PQQ CoQ10 supplement. He claims that this supplement the only way the body properly ingests PQQ. However, like everything else, it’s incredibly expensive.
I just take BioPQQ by LEF. Asprey’s supplement sounds like a bunch of bull, I’d like for him to cite where PQQ is not absorbed well in humans, otherwise it’s just an assumption.
PQQ seems to be absorbed well here
this is an interesting thread, and not a topic I know a lot about.
Could one of you guys explain the acronyms please? PQQ in particular?

I don’t know about PQQ, but this might help…
I’m quite interested in this topic, as my cousin was recently diagnosed with mitochondrial disease. I totaled up the cost of TC’s recommended protocol, using Biotest supplements and store brands from a popular vitamin retailer. To do it as prescribed, I came up with about $8.75 per day. Here’s my breakdown for costs in the U.S.
1 baby aspirin $0.10
CoQ10 $0.15
Rez-V $1.00
Creatine $0.15
Indigo $6.67
PQQ $0.70
I’m sure some of these items could be sourced a little cheaper, and I rounded everything to the nearest 5 cents, but that’s a pretty close estimate. Hope it helps.

Granted, Indigo-3G is the main driver on the cost by far, so another medium could make the cost a lot more affordable… I saw the youtube a while back. My take away was that I need to eat more greens.
Yes, I think eating a ton of foods containing anthocyanins could be a decent substitute, although not necessarily a lot less expensive. Dark skinned berries, peppers, and black rice come to mind as potent sources.
MitoQ
Forskolin - cAMP
Luteolin - cAMP
Brewer?s Yeast
Kombucha
niagen
Creatine
ICES device
LLLT
phosphoglycolipids are one of the best things you can take for mitochondria health.
As in Alpha GPC and Phoshatedylserine?
