Gluttony, because you’re having your cake and eating it too. The others are feelings you want something. With gluttony, you’re enjoying it. Pride gets you in trouble, Greed, means somthing is never enough, envy and jealousy bring longing and anger, lust brings longing and dissatisfaction, and wrath is anger.
With gluttony, you’re getting what you want and filling yourself to the brim. If it’s food you fill your stomach, if its sex its 2 or 3 woman at once. This is a no brainer. What’s even a better questions is how many of the 10 Commandments have you broken in your life?
I’m at 6. I’ve coveted others wives, but not my neighbors, nor have I coveted their houses. But I’m guilty of #2,3,4,6,7 and 8. Favorite was #6

That’s not actually in the Torah (or Bible – not sure about the Christian texts).
Anyway, that’s from the story of Onan. The issue was Jewish law imposes a duty on brother’s to take care of a brother’s widow. Said duty includes providing an heir to take care of said widow in her dotage if she was childless.
Onan just used the widow for sexual pleasure, then pulled out, denying her an heir. (And did other things of this sort ---- taking advantage of her vulnerability, instead of honoring his obligation to take care of her.)
In short, jack off all you want, as long as you are not denying someone an heir or screwing up your relationship with your wife.
