Almond Joy:
One can of coconut milk
Two scoops of chocolate protein powder
One packet of Carnation instant breakfast
1/2 cup of oatmeal
1/2 cup of almonds
Optional: almond butter, coconut oil
Hunger pangs hit me as I was trying to fall asleep, so I dumped one full scoop of Fruit Punch Gatorade and one scoop of unflavored whey protein in like 6oz of water. It tasted exactly like a candy-cane cookie!!!
Blueberries, black berries, raspberries, pineapple, natural honey, vanilla protein, ice, water for consistency. All ingredients to taste or caloric/nutrient needs.

(5) same thing as above but with Power Drive ; another preworkout mix, tastes like grape awesome + orange cream
Amounts are whatever you want, I never skimp on anything except adding whey and workout fuel together because sometimes too much whey makes it hard to mix.
Also I always mix with a blender bottle whisk. Sometimes add ice cubes too.
I’m gonna have to try out some of these pumpkin ideas and the Jell-O pistachio idea.
Jello-O Pistachio + Vanilla/Banana Whey straight up? ? ? Maybe just add ice, or one of ginger, cinnamon or nutmeg? Hmmmmmmm

Blender bomb: makes 2-3 servings with virtually no carbs.
2 pints water
2 heaped teaspoons of apple fiber
2 heaped teaspoons of ground flaxseed
2 heaped tablespoons of egg white powder
4 scoops of high quality carb free protein powder (PHD pharma whey HT)
tablespoon of peanut butter (100% natural)
tablespoon of almond butter (100% natural)
All blended up with crushed ice as well if I have any ice to hand.
IF I wanted carbs I would replace the nut butter with ground oats.
