What's Your Bedtime Snack?

Mine currently is:

half a cup of natural yogurt
1 scoop of Grow!

1/2 Container non-fat cottage cheese
water?

Grow! or Cottage Cheese.

I like the Grow! and peanut butter thing. Cottage cheese also does the trick if I am poor.

2 scoops of Grow! with 8-10 oz. of water. Occasionally an apple if I’m a little hungry, too.

My personal stash of snatch usually provides its own source of cottage cheese…

…if she’s REALLY in the mood, that is.

If you prefer large curd you can just find one with a yeast infection.

Two scoops of Low-Carb Grow! in water with natural Peanut Butter, &/OR 1 tbl spoon of Flax oil, OR 10-12 fish oil caps on the side.

I go:

1 Scoop Low-Carb Grow!
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 Fish Oil Caps
Walnuts
1/2 Packet Frozen Spinach
1 Apple

I keep this in fridge for the inevitable midnight piss.

1 scoop Low-Carb Grow!
1 tbsp flax oil
2 sliced orange

Be gentle your first time having spinach before bed. It determins the difference between a midnight piss and midnight shit.

Fat Free Cottage Cheese mixed with
Reduced Carb Yogurt & Splenda.

Cottage cheese with some cashew butter mixed in. Yes, it sounds nasty. If I am feeling especially odd, I’ll toss a banana into it (note: I also do this for breakfast if I am either low-carbing or short on time)

its always between those three:
1-whey/micellar casein mix
2-half pot of cottage cheese ( 1lbs approx. )
3-scrambled liquid egg whites

always have a good source of fat to
salmon oil cap 2 to 4 caps or one table spoon of home milled flax seeds.

1 hour before my bedtime snack I take 3 caps of ZMA.

1 scoop strawberry Grow!
1 Cup Cottage No Fat Cheese
4 - 6oz skim milk
1 tablespoon flax oil

Blend well, enjoy!
