Same for me sans the yogurt. IF you mix it in a blender with just a little water it is pudding. Even managed to get my gf to eat it that way.
3/4s of a container of LF cottage cheese, sometimes some nuts, and a few fish oil caps.
My pre-sleep meal tends to to be lower in cals than my normal meals since it usually comes only 1.5 hrs after my prior meal. I also take some BCAAs when I wake up 2/3 through the nite to piss.
Have any of you ever read Tudor Bompa’s Theory and Methodology of Training? I’m wondering what your takes are when he states that Protein can tend to cause insomnia when taken late at night. Along with some of the other things, I know that’s outdated, but what was the thinking behind this? He doesn’t elaborate much.
