What's Your 5/3/1 Template Look Like?

Thanks for the tips man. I’m actually taking a bit of a break from strongman stuff right now - low back, achilles, and elbows are thanking me.

I’ve always right about running a bodyweight only template. I bet that would make a really good anchor/cycle 3 for the above program. Hell i might not even push for prs, just easy work and bodyweight stuff. Great sugestión!

From what I understand Leader - Anchor cycles are explained in 5/3/1 Forever, but I still need to get it - shipping costs to Europe make it pretty expensive. I’ll try not to bother with more questions before I read it. Thanks again for taking the time.
