Strong work Matty. Do a good warmup and stretching before sprints. I’m still dealing with plantar fasciitis I got from not warming up before sprinting over a year ago.

Yea that squat was too easy. Your squat numbers are flying up! x2 on pausing a little to let the weight settle and get tight but your way worked very well.

Patch - Thanks yo…it really felt good, I was surprised that I liked it as much as I did…though today Im feeling DOMSY as fuck. Ummm the zumba, Im still working out the outfit…

Ddot - Thanks for the vid, I have seen that before, its excellent. I actually can judge how my squat is going to be by finding the sweet spot lifting off the rack so to speak. Now the 370 I definitely rushed because I didn’t want to give it so much thought as my mind at times is my worst enemy…

Dday - Thanks brother, I was a little disappointed on the GMing of the squat and if I waited a bit and got my form better I feel I would of nailed it better.

SCJ - Hmmm thats an excellent question. I will say that on the difficult routines my increased lower body strength has most certainly paid dividends.

Eco - I also deal with Plantar Fascitis it has basically ended me playing basketball which was what I also loved to do. Its a fucked up condition because other then stretching and rolling a golf ball on it, there is not much that gives it any relief if I aggravate it. there were times just getting out of bed was a chore…Ill keep plugging away at them squats!
