I thought I had an appointment with my Urologist today, so I had planned not to sleep or train today as I have to suck it up…soooo got home from work around 8, showered did my “routine” and fell out for 2 hours. My doc is in Long Island which is about 90 minutes from me so I had to leave…driving half comatose I decided half way in to confirm my appointment, about 45 minutes in. Low and behold my appointment was next week…FACK! Trained today on 2 hours sleep.

It was wet outside so I didnt run sprints outside did some cardio on the treadmill

15 minutes 90 secs SS and 30 sec running…between 3.5 and 7.5 respectively.

Will hopefully do my third day of the 5x5 tomorrow, my training partner wasn’t available today.

Celebrated Linsanity with way too much of the alcohol yesterday…feel like total dog shit.
