Sorry about the neck issues big man. Neck exercises keep my neck feeling good, not doing anything specific for the neck seems to lead to issues. I like to make sure I do some “chins” (i.e. pack the neck area by making double chins) and also some easy stretches on a regular basis.

good idea PG, I used to pretty often do banded neck extensions, but havent lately, I did some stretches this morning for my Scapula and it really helped

Still went to the gym today its a deload week. did some face pulls, some light squats which were ok, some hamstring curls. gonna take it easy this week and rock leg warmers.
Light Squats - worked up to 315 for a few doubles.
Leg Curls - 65x20 95x15 150x10
Leg ext - 90x3x10
Back Ext - 3x10 against bands
CS Row - 3plts x 20 4plts x 10,10 5plts x 5
Rear DB Fly - 35x2x20
External Internal rotator cuff stuff x 3 x10
