+15 lbs increase. The 365 was a bit of a grinder but overall Im pleased, 370 went 3/4 of the way up and stuck.

On another note I have had the pleasure with with training with this guy, his name is Mina, he told me he was Egypts strongest man and he is currently here on a Student Visa. I called Bullshit because WTF is Egypts strongest man doing at a LA Fitness in Staten Island. Very nice KID! hes only 23 this vid I believe was a few years back he has lost 150 lbs since then. Studying to be a pharmacist and seems like a real cool dude. He is a FUCKING BEHEMOTH.
Watched the video before I saw Jacks comment and I was thinking exactly the same thing. The 3x5 at 405 afterward impresses me even more. I had trouble pulling 405 for five singles after doing 485 the other day. No way I could have gotten more than 3 reps.
Dave - Thanks alot, since I was doing just singles I wanted to get more volume in. Even though my form leaves a lot to be desired I think I have found a very good foot placement for pulling. My stance was always a little wider than shoulder width but I decided to bring in the stance just a little bit, maybe exactly shoulder width and I felt a lot stronger.
