Because im a paper fucking Tiger with regards to Power Lifting I made the choice to obtain the services of Adam Hires to help me not be such a tampon at this sport. +Robert Batista turned me on to him and he had a tour de force showing on Sunday. Welcome to the HTS club, Matt!!! I’m only in week 5 and my strength levels are already improving. I just find it so much easier to make progress when I’ve got someone else doing the thinking and I’m doing the lifting. :smiley:

Its my missing link I believe, the light weight I did with the exercises focusing on the hammies shows me that I really neglected to the point where its holding me back

I always do my Dimmel Deads from a rack set about just below knee. I am too lazy to pick it up off the floor…
