My right bicep is on fire so much so I couldnt properly Incline press because the weight caused way too much pain. My neck is stiff as my penis in the morning (which means very LOL), and my groin is fucked up. At a loss at what I should do.

Maybe your body needs a little break from being pissed off at you…give it some extra food and some TLC (winkwink*) and see how you’re sitting in a week or so?

Maybe take 7 to 14 days and just do very light speed/explosive work and squeeze in a few messages or ART. You won’t lose much strength, if any, and you may even come back stronger. Sometimes you need to listen when you body is trying to tell you something.

True speak right here Jack, I also think speed and explosion is what is holding me back in my lifts, I need to start incorporating that kind of work in my sessions and I think I will…

Fyi Matty, the author who famously got every one on TN talking about squatting every day just had his star pupil suspended for 2 years due to hgh use. No judgment about that on my part, just wanted to mention it. Iow, deload.
