I really tried to get to the gym today, but there was a fucking 19 acre brush fire at the Fresh Kills Land Fill in Staten Island…Staten Island already has an awful aroma to it, could you imagine how smelly 19 acres of 10 year old garbage is? Anywho, they closed off all the roads as my gym is right next to it, I tried every where to get there, and eventually went home with my dick in hand…

FACK…I was pissed as I didnt hit the gym on Sunday because I worked OT on Saturday and couldnt get up in time as it closed early for Easter…fucking pagans!

There is so much confusion on stretching lately, static stretching is bad, only active stretching, dont stretch at all, only stretch at the end, well I was in a rush and only did some air squats as a warm up and did no static stretching of my Psoas, erectors or hips…bad idea…I say static stretching works for me…my erectors were on fire…otherwise a pretty effective session, not much rest and banged through it

what static stretches do you do? i’ve been following that argument, too. am undecided.

The volume on the OHP is insane after squats, good work!

…well static stretching, long holds obviously works for me. The back thing happened the ONLY day i didnt
do it. Maybe it was going to happen anyway, but Im not taking that chance.

If static stretching is working for you then do it. None of these studies will ever trump your own personal experience.

Solid work. 315 for 7 is strong as is doing the stack for your face pulls.
