other than the 315/5 all squats were slow controlled reps. OH presses felt good, I want to up the reps on the supinated chins, wherein I was generally doing 30 on my OH press day I want to up it to 50. Overall pretty pleased with the session.

While my Tommy Konos are very comfy, the wraps just give so more support and bounce from the hole.
Great work Matty. Yeah, I’m sold on wraps now too and wonder why it took me so long to use them.

Thanks Brosef, at one point I was going to revert back to the 1 day squatting when I ended Madcow, but its like when I dont squat when I train I feel like somethings missing…I need to squat first (except on DL day) as I cant do w/o it.

I was thinking about incorporating some SLDLs or Leg curls, its just that I am so pressed for time and I am already there on average 2 hours when I train, Just by asking you make a good point. Would you suggest some hammy work instead of Front Squats after Deads?

Actually yes I would, I am sure you can ask Pete or Meat there opinion, but if you want your squat to go up, you have to work the hammies.
Throw in some Good mornings and SLDL’s.
Did you widen your stance? I know in the old videos I watched you had a narrow stance.
Oh yeah just outside the shoulders though, too wide and it was harder to hit depth, and was uncomfortable. I posted the 405 attempt a while back on G+
Also I found that lately I was going tooooo low bar, and overcompensating by my back leaning forward. Andy Bolton described how he tore his hammy this way and suggested not going too low bar, so now the bar is just below my traps and feels a shit ton better.
Cool everyone is different, I could not do the stance that normal PL guys do, started getting serious hip pain. But this is probably because I have zero fucking flexibility in my hammies, so I am working on that also. Plus I rest the bar at the same place you do, to low and I was doing almost a good morning.
Cant wait to get back at doing MP’s and some upper body work.

From what I have always read about hammies you dont work them like shoulders/forearms. Its a huge fucking muscle so low reps and heavy weight. Do you have access to GHR? Have you tried Good mornings? Tate fucking loves them for squat.
Yeah when I ran westside I did GMs, me no likey, but you gotta do the stuff you hate too, unfortunately no GHR, I rigged the lat pulldown machine to do them once or twice
