I watched the video of the 405 and it was just a tad high but a great effort. One thing I noticed is that you were pretty fast in your setup. I have been really concentrating recently taking my time and really setting up slowly head to toe as Dave Tate suggests. I think it has helped me get over that mental block that 405 throws in your head because it all starts to feel the same. I’m so damn tight from walk out that 135 and 405 equally hurt…lol
James - Yeah man, friday is the one day where I am not on any types of time constraints, so I guess subconsciousnesly I am taking my time.

Colin - Thanks bro, that is also a great idea, I have to start treating my lighter sets like it is the 405 mental hump I cannot get over. I guess with the fast setup I dont want to psyche myself out, but sometimes slowing down and making all systems are a GO will work better…

My confidence in my squats changes like I change my underwear…weekly, this week I have lost confidence yet again. On my last set today my shin, not my knee seemed, if possible unstable and it fucked with me so I stopped right there. I tilting too far forward which is hindering my depth…once again…fuck you squats…fuck you and bourbon straight to hell!
