I thought I had it too homey…slipped off my shoulders, and couldnt keep my elbows up…
The video attached shows how I do weighted pushups, now I had my training partner here so he was able to load 2 plates on my back but heres how I do one plate.
Had a great time with Kev and Hara yesterday…guys put me to shame on the pulls, I had nothing couldnt get 455 up yesterday … Hara and Kev and very very good pullers but even cooler dudes.
Next Month we will be hitting da squatz together…

Its amazing how everything has to be right for me to Pull good, hit 455 last week and 480 a couple of weeks back, but couldnt hit 455 yesterday. Im going to blame it on Hara and Kev making me nervous, hex plates and a thick bar !
Did OHP twice this week so I may go light with it on Monday we will see.

Just a great session all around pressing felt great, squats felt smooth…405 I felt was high, but Im confident I will get low enough next time, I think I cut it short because last time I dumped it over my head.
