Kev - Thanks dude, I squat 3 times a week but only 1 of those days do I use the 351 program. The other day is a 5x5 type way and the other day is Front squats.
James - Still is going to be a process for me to get used to em…I still find them uncomfortable but Im getting there.

Hey Matty. I have these wraps and I have to work very, very hard to get them tight enough to make my lower leg go numb. I guess they are more smedium-core instead of hardcore. I like the stability though. What happens if you don’t crank your wraps down so hard?
Joe - No problem, I plan on using it myself closer to meet time.
James - Im actually doing 531 for PLing, my first day is an OH day to avoid the traffic of international bench day. Of course I have bastardize any program I do so I also squat every session, Monday 5x5 Squat, Wed Front Squat 5x3 or 3x5 and Friday Squat 351. I combine Squat and Bench 351 day. I generally am following the off season PL template.
PG - I always use bands for tri kickbacks and bro curls brahh. Seriously though I have been using bands for a couple of years now off and on and pretty consistently for benching. I have to agree with you with regards to the wraps, I can “wrap” my head around the aspect of having a heavy load on your back when you cant feel your limbs. Obviously I am doing something wrong. It would be a great question for Ben…its a really bad idea to compare yourself to people because it gets really depressing when you see that kid DLing 750 lbs and you say to yourself WTF!
Git - LOL, I think smedium core would be good for my smedium core squat. It seems if I dont crank the wraps so tight they lose any real effect. I have read in alot of places it takes alot of getting used to, however I stopped using wrist wraps because I had the same loss of feeling in my hands when using them…I will experiment with them until I get it right however because in the long run I think they will be beneficial espescially come meet time.

LOL…I only say that because in 531 for Powerlifting the first week is sets of 3 plus heavy singles week two its sets of 5 and week three is the 531 week…Blame Lord Wendler!!!
